Seligson Esther was born in Mexico City in 1941. He lived in Paris, Madrid, Brussels, South India, Lisbon and Jerusalem. He studied French literature and Hispanic literature at UNAM. She was a fellow of the Mexican Center of Writers (1969-1970) and member of the National System of Art Creators (2006-2009).
